Security Policy – Arizona Car Rental

1. General Policy

At Arizona Car Rental, we are committed to the highest standards of transparency and reliability with all our customers.
To ensure a smooth and hassle-free rental experience, no security deposit or bank hold is required when renting our vehicles, subject to the company’s terms and conditions.

2. Traffic Fines and Additional Charges

As no security deposit is collected, the customer remains responsible for settling any charges that may arise after the rental period, including but not limited to:

Salik (toll gate) charges as per official RTA reports.

Traffic fines issued during the rental period.

Any vehicle damage confirmed by an official inspection report from an authorized garage.

3. Notification & Claim Procedure

If any charges are identified after the vehicle is returned, the customer will be contacted directly and provided with a detailed breakdown supported by official documents before any payment request is made.

5. Disclaimer

Arizona Car Rental reserves the right to claim any outstanding amounts resulting from the use of the vehicle during the rental period, in accordance with UAE laws and the terms of the signed rental agreement.”
